SFController lets the Soldier Front Legacy client be played with a controller. It installs as a d3d9.dll and opens its settings on F12, on Direct3D 9 or Direct3D 12. There is no aim assist of any kind: a pad plays the same match as a mouse.
The menu
| Controller | The pad's family, USB or Bluetooth, battery, which pad is in use, and the button glyph style. |
| Buttons | Live pad art; press, hold and long-press bindings; a shift layer; bind by pressing. |
| Sticks and look | Speed in degrees a second, a scoped scale, a boost, and a response-curve editor. |
| Menus and pointer | The stick as a pointer in the lobby. |
| Rumble and light | Vibration, the DualShock 4 and DualSense light bar, and DualSense trigger resistance. |
| Profiles | Saved sets, exported and imported as folders. |
| Renderer | Direct3D 9 or Direct3D 12, read at start. |
The other pages cover triggers and timing, the crosshair, the display, the interface and diagnostics. It carries SFOn12's frame pacing, so the frame rate goes up to 360 with it too. 135 tests and a harness that drives a virtual pad check it before a release.
